Illustration of Recommendations:
1. Profiled wall and roof cladding is damaged in small areas. May be repaired using similar profiled sheets and contact adhesive, then monitored by regular inspection.
2. Floor tiles and adhesive as a very low risk material may be monitored by regular re-inspection.
3. Facing panel to doors in poor condition and in areas prone to damage. Remove whole door.
4. Black toilet cisterns in good condition may be labelled with asbestos warning stickers and monitored.
5. Artex ceilings must be maintained in good condition. Do not use abrasive techniques to prepare this material or disturb in any way.
6. Discarded roof sheets and cement debris on ground to be removed immediately. |

1. The roof undercloak should be recorded in an asbestos register and be annually inspected.
2. Replacement slate tiles should be recorded in an asbestos register and managed by annual inspection
3. Wall boards in the kitchen and first floor meeting room are vulnerable to damage we recommend encapsulation and then warning stickers applied.
4. Boiler room air duct lining board is exposed and vulnerable to damage, encapsulation paint and warning stickers are required.
5. Artex in the ladies toilet is unlikely to be disturbed, paint regularly and apply warning stickers.
6. Meeting room ceiling artex and board is damaged in places and needs the holes in the board sealed with expanding foam and painted, the lower columns covered with another board to protect them. |
