3. Asbestos surveys in accordance with HSG 264 Asbestos: The survey guide. All samples are sent to an independent, UKAS accredited laboratory for analysis.

The type of survey will vary during the lifespan of the premises and several may be needed over time.

A management survey will be required during the normal occupation and use of the building to ensure continued management of the ACM's in situ.

A refurbishment or demolition survey (RAD) will be neccessary when the building (or part of it) is to be upgraded, refurbished or demolished.

Following a survey we will provide you with a comprehensive, easy to understand report including risk assessments and recommendations advising you of the status of your asbestos and the appropriate action, if any, to take.
